Sassy Scrapper August Recipe Board Challenge

Managed to actually get some 'me' scrapping done today. This was for the Sassy Scrapper August recipe challenge.

Here is my take:

This is a layout about my daughter having her photo taken at Movieworld with Bugs Bunny and Tweety Pie.
Recipe items: Thickers - I used some yellow glittery ones from my stash
Mists as watercolours: I used Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst Blue Hawaiian blue which I tipped into a paint palette and used a plastic bag to add to my page (something I often do with my watercolours).
Enamel dots: I used 9 on my page in groups of 3.

I also used some pieces of Doodlebug Hip Hop Birthday patterned paper and tickets. A Charms Creations mini heart and a lovely chipboard starry circular frame which I bought at Paperific yesterday from Scrapmatts.

Sassy Scrappers May Mood Board Challenge

Hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day. It was a bit wet and miserable here but we went out and managed to get a few nice photos including our annual family photo at Daylesford.

On Saturday I had a good day scrapping at Crop for a Cause in Geelong. This layout is one of the one's I managed to get done there. Here is the Sassy Scrappers beautiful mood board.

I loved the colours and took this as my main inspiration. I also took the pink and orange circles on the cake for inspiration. 

The circle piece is done on my Silhouette and one I downloaded and cut out a while ago. I then used it in a different colour so had this one in white in my stash. I painted it with watercolours. 

Then I delved into my flower stash once again to include a collection of flowers. Those orange Prima flowers are one of my favourite and I've been hoarding them a bit. I've also had the Prima flowers I used as a base for years and felt they matched this colour scheme perfectly.

My title was a freebie at the crop and I painted it with Twinkling H2O.

Sassy Scrapper July mood board

Hi, I've managed to find time this month to join in with the mood board challenge over at Sassy Scrapper. I loved the mix of colour of mint, black and gold. As I didn't really have any people photos which would go with this colour mix I decided to scrap about my camera, which I got for my last birthday.

I created a background using watercolours and stamped and embossed the circles in gold. I obviously took inspiration from the colours. I added some gold glittered washi tape inspired by the glittery eyelashes and created my own brush script card inspired by the brush script quote.

Sassy Scrapper scraplift Oct challenge

Good morning. Another Prima Anna Marie layout!! I've decided I'm going to use it all up to the last scrap. Don't know if I will but this is my 3rd layout using it.

This one is for the challenge over at Sassy Scrappers. The challenge is to scraplift one of the DT's projects from October.

I decided to scraplift the talented Shell Carmen's layout Santa Kid. I actually had the pleasure of sitting next to Shell at the recent Ladies of the Manor retreat and saw her create it IRL.

Anyway here is my version. I pretty much used Shell's as a sketch.

I've also decided recently to start using up things I've been hoarding. Things I love but can't bear to use up. This Prima flower is one example. I've had it for a number of years. 

Another Prima flower but this time a more recent purchase.

I so liked the mix of texture paste and Kaisercraft doily that I used on one of my previous layouts that I used it again here instead of the paper doily on Shell's layout.

I still have a bit of Anna Marie left so you'll probably see another layout or 2 of it.
