I haven't done any of the CC challenges at Scrapbook Savvy for a while but felt inspired to do Sar's Recipe Challenge this weekend. Criteria was to include a masked background, ribbon and tickets. I created my own starry background mask and added some extra stars. I have used some pp and accessories from October Afternoon Rocket Age and Purple Pumpkin tickets and a big orange starry button (loving these starry buttons at the moment). I created my own felt starry embellishment and cut out some extra stars from corrugated card.

The September challenge over at Show Us Your Stuff was to scrap a page using the quote
"The world is filled with undiscovered wonders. Come, little one, let's find them out together."

I found this photo of my grandfather (the little boy) looking out on the world with a telescope and I thought it was perfect for this challenge. My handmade items are: a Purple Pumpkin button (the boy's head), the bottle top and the lollipop flower.
The challenge this month at White with 1 was to scrap a page using the colours white with black and orange. I had had these photos I had taken at the Royal Melbourne Show a couple of years ago sitting on my desk and this was the perfect colour combo to scrap them.

The challenge this month at Scrap the Girls was to scrap girls doing sport or an action shot. I chose this photo of DD practising her acrobatics at the local park one day. I have used some American Crafts Dear Lizzy pp and City Park pp and some Echo Park chipboard embellies along with some handmade felt flowers and a Purple Pumpkin button.

Once Upon a Sketch has teamed up with CSI this month. I decided to have a go at this one .
Here is my take using the sketch and colour palette provided. I used the following 2 pieces of evidence - Spots and stripes (Ribbon and buttons), and used buttons. I used the following testimony - used handwritten journalling and spread it over several journal spots.
I used a couple of spotty Purple Pumpkin buttons, a couple of buttons I got from Dlish Scraps and I hand made some felt flowers to add to the paper flowers.

Another French birthday party page for this sketch challenge over at Annas Craft Cupboard. I have used some scraps of pp, some Kaisercraft sticky felt ribbon cut up and used as a background, some washi tape, a couple of XL Purple Pumpkin buttons, some homemade bottle tops and and assortment of flowers.
I have one more layout to do about the Eiffel Tower Cake!

This months challenge at Kraft It Up is to create a layout using the colour pallette, Green, white, black and kraft. This is one of my favourite photos of my adopted cats. They can often be seen snuggled up together in the garden. It was perfect colours for this challenge.
